Really looking forward to the email template as to *HOW* to reach out and not make it sound like the thousands of other emails a potential client gets daily.
2 weeks of free leads? I’m not sure, if looking at say 5-10 potential clients, that I am willing to spend $500-$1000 (or more) on client acquisition. Presumably many (most?) would do this because its free, others will think that since its free it cannot be worth anything, but my huge concern is spending $500-$1k or more on those 5-10 potential clients and not landing any of them. What am I missing?
Hey the 2 templates that come with Pixel Scout do not make since. Why am I asking if they are excepting New patients or why am I asking about there pricing. Does anyone have any better scripts than those?
Please explain in detail, how does the potential client pay when the 2 weeks of leads are free? When do they ay? Most business will say yes to free leads if they say no they are foolish. I can understand if they end up getting me to put pixel on but what if they don’t then no $ so how they pay
I think what they mean is you’re doing the ads management for free for 2 weeks but the client still covers the ad spend as they’re payment info is in their ad account that you’re running the ads on
The first 2 templates look the same to me. One for no case study/clients and the second with case study. Was it supposed to be the same? It says pre-loaded to Pixel Scout but I don’t understand where it is pre-loaded.
wow! The 2 training videos should serve as template to all other software offerings. Explains how to set up in 5 mins or less. Shows how to get contact information from prospects and send reports. I usually have to watch “training” videos 3 or 4 times to get it. Not these. 1 time.
what about the whit-labeling with our own domain name? Do we have to buy a domain name only for making reports for clients,or can I use a subdomain in my actual agency’s domain name?
For our whitelabel domains, do we need to purchase the SSL certificate from our domain seller, wait for the DNS nameservers to change and then setup the ssl certificate or what? or is there something pixelscout sets up on their servers?
Nice, short sweet and to the point. Clearly define task showing step by step (minimum count) how to complete the task. Better than most, but it looks like we (collectively) are dealing with the A-Team instead of a pump and dump crew.
The webinar host suggested not sending the report with the initial email. He said it is not nice to shove it down a business owners throat. Yet the training video here suggests giving a link to the report in the email. This ambiguous method causes confusion for me. Which method is the right one?
Yes. You can use a subdomain of your url. Create it as https://businessowner.yourdomain.com. In this case you would use the forward AND masking feature inside of your Hosting account. Also, “business owner” in this scenario would be the name of the company you are sending the report to.
An alternative way of doing this is to create a page in your site and name it as the company you are sending the report to…example: John’s Pet Care. Then screenshot the entire report and paste it into the page. This will allow you to create your own background color, add your logo, call to action options or buttons at the bottom etc. Plus your privacy policy and T.O.S. should also be visible at the bottom. Then the url will be https://yourdomain.com/John'sPetCare
If you choose these options then it might be a good idea to only do this for people who request the report. You could waste a lot of time and possibly get discouraged if you create a bunch of reports and send them in your first email and only capture appreciation from 1 or 2 business owners. Don’t forget..the people who respond to your email asking to see their report can get on your educational autoresponder sequence and you may be able to enroll them in your reputation management or other service (s) after sending their free report. Even if they choose to let an in-house person fix their FB pixel issue….you can still offer a trial offer for another service, a free promo video with a paid traffic package etc. Once I get a few clients on board…I will surely get the Pro version.
Nope. PixelScout will install the SSL on your domain / subdomain for free for you with the click of a button.
New video was just posted to show how it works.
I’d follow Dino’s advice…I am the webby host, and while I don’t believe the first step to closing a client is SELLING, that’s also not what the template email does…it is more value based by giving the business owner quick information.
Remember however, the “Are you accepting new patients” template was also written be Dino.
Don’t let confusion stop you from action! Make mistakes…it’s OK because you will learn and grow.
Only if the business responds back to you…you can tell them about the report first and how they can access it for more information. If , ask them, if I may send it to you, what would be the best email for you to receive it…if they want it? Then send them the link
Hi guys, I have a question regarding the 3rd video – Report Configuration. I would like to build a different page to the one pixel scout has for capturing the client’s name and email info once they’re interested in my service. How should I go about building this page? Should I build a simple one-pager in Worpress? But how would it capture the client’s info and send it to me? Sorry I’m new to this stuff 🙂
The templates I see in the templates directory are more about asking about their services. Is there a template for after we run a report to send them about setting up the FB Pixel for them, etc and and intro?
I watched the white-labeling training and was fine on following the instructions until the jump over to cpanel. How do I access cpanel zone to complete adding my subdomain?
Hi Wallace. I personally never offer anything for free up front. When they become a client I may offer them a free week somewhere along the line. But I will never cheapen my offering by giving away my time free. Its the only thing I am going to eventually run out of. But thats how I value my time.
Looking forward to training vids.
Nicely explained Herc, and demonstrated, in ez to understand connect-the-dots laymen’s terms.

Hi Jon, The potential client pays for the ads for the 2 week trial. It doesn’t cost you a thing
Sorry I found the response’s in the Training link

Wow!! This is so simple and easy to use. Great quick presentation to set us up for success!
I have a professional email for my business but have some issues setting up the SMTP. Can I get some help?
I am not sure I understand this. Ok I send a report to a potential client and they responded positively…then what?
probably best to raise a support ticket

Thank you for clarifying that now I got it!
Are credits used to do specific website pixel checkers?
How do we save templates so we can use them for outgoing emails?

Best to use a personal email account or a business account for initial contact?

I had to make the sender address from my domain

No. That is free.
In REPORTS, bottom left under TEMPLATES there is a + button that allows you to create & save a new template.

🙂
The more professional you look, the better to a client. Put yourself in their shoes, what would you as a business owner rather receive?
You can definitely use a sub-domain. New video was just added to this page showing how to set it up.

Ya we’re not the pump n dump kind…we build real tools that last.

test both ways. different markets respond differently. With other cold email marketing I’ve done a short question without a link works best for me.
So glad to be here. Thank you…

In the training videos, when you preview a report, I see a “Language” menu at the top left.
If I select “Spanish”, is the report saved and sent in Spanish language to my clients/prospects?
It is translated and sent that way yes. TEST IT 🙂
Herc……..you and your partners are giants !!!!!!
I have an agency domain but not the SSL certificate on it yet, so PixelScout will install it on my agency domain for free??

Hi, I have a question. What about the websites with contact form but not email? Can we send something to them using Pixelscout?
Hi, is it possible to remove the header on our reports?
It would be cool if we could edit the header.
You will access it in your hosting cpanel.
